As explained by a lot of reviewers (Team Covenant for instance), Leadership is a very strong Aspect for Black Panther. Allies are expensive but T’Challa has a lot of ressources to play them. With Black Panther, you want to play first your upgrades and only after Wakanda Forever!. A bad draw (i.e. all your upgrades are at the bottom of the deck) can be difficult to overcome. With Leadership Panther, it is not such an issue because, if your upgrades are at the bottom, it means that you have powerful allies in hand that can play instead. And with Maria Hill, Shuri and Make the Call, you have all the tools to look for your upgrades.

But,if you maximize the number of upgrade in your deck (with Tenacity and Inspired ), there is another synergy. With most of your Allies, Upgrades and Support in play, your discard will be small before reshuffling, maybe 30 cards. It means that your Wakanda Forever! cards will be draw more often. Of course, you will also draw more extra encounter cards due to the reshuffling, but it is a minor drawback.

Upgrade cards are far better that Event card with Leadership Blakc Panther. In the future, I imagine that I will replace my last First Aid, and maybe some ressource cards, with new upgrades and allies.
