Get buffed by clearing Specialized Training and equip Combat Specialist or Defense Specialist.
Across the Spider-Verse lets you put into play a web warrior ally. Note this ignores the "Play only if you control a Web-warrior card".
The idea is to drop Web of Life and Destiny early, so you can play all allies with no restrictions as it is a Web-Warrior card also.
Dauntless is there to give you retaliate 1, which plainly buffs Southern Cross and Goin' Rogue.
Spider-Tingle kills a treachery and buffs Spider-Man Noir. This can lead to some dead turns for the villain!
You can ready Rogue several times by playing What Doesn't Kill Me, Energy Transfer Ever Vigilant and using Spider-Man ability.
Also, Spider-Man can ready your Specialization upgrade, allowing you to draw one more card.
Feel free to drop any cards for X-Gene, The X-Jet or any other utility cards
