Tweaks would be based on what it is you want to do more of. Instead of hard to ignore you could throw in Electrostatic Armor and Flow Like Water to do some more retaliate style damage. Jump flip and Phantom Flip usually provide all the thwarting you need on the main. I've found that this style for Ghost-Spider makes you vulnerable more to side-schemes than main scheme threat. Containment Strategy has felt really good in my builds of her.
Starhawk and Brother Voodoo are dope allies. If you want a Web-Warrior centric version then the SP//dr allly is pretty good swap for starhawk, and Spider-Man can swap for Brother voodoo (you get card draw in a different way; but brother voodoo is stronger). In this version, Team-Building Exercise and Web of Life and Destiny would be good support cards to add.
Similarly, Thwip! Thwip! is good card web-warrior card to play instead of Tackle. 3 cost cards feel a bit awkward to me with Ghost-Spider so I would prefer thwip thwip or Never Back Down for my stuns, but I do love tackle in my other protective decks.
