Pretty good value against multi villain scenarios, decent against Steady villains or scenarios with lots of huge minions you may need help delaying. Frequently a worse play than a random 2-cost ally in many scenarios, so this isn't something you'll likely want for a "general use" deck.

You can theoretically run this off Web Warrior allies even if your hero isn't one (Silk, Spider-Man Noir, Spider-UK, etc), though inflicting damage on your allies hurts the value proposition even more.

Probably best for Spider-Ham, who gets a refund on the resource cost as the damage turns into a toon counter.
