Poker Night

It has been a bit but I'm still chugging along on the off meta challenge and the next in this series is this Gambit/Leadership deck. So Gambit is the last X-Men that I explored and honestly its hard to make most X-Men leadership decks feel unique but that didn't stop me from trying.

There are 3 parts to this deck in an attempt to make this a Gambit deck. First is Havok. Using Gambit's Thief Extraordinaire to thwart and forecast a solid hit with Havok. Boost him with Danger Room Training and let him take out minions with Coordinated Attack. Beast is the second card. Though a popular ally period, Gambit has a prime double resource in Molecular Acceleration. Keep either or both in play with Med Lab which combos with Uncanny X-Men and Make the Call which sadly doesn't combo. The third is Ready to Rumble which ensures you have a basic action after using Thief Extraordinaire.

Leadership lacks attack events so you'll have to rely on the ones in Gambit's kit but the one thing it does have is plenty of allies allowing you to freely flip and get the most out of both sides of his identity and draw a card with Moira MacTaggert.
