Rogue has one of the most unique cards in the game in Superpower Adaptation, it is the only card that lets you use another hero's signature cards, so naturally, the idea of the deck is to never do that. The game plan here is to attach touched to one of your allies, which gives you aerial, and then play Dive Bomb. When you draw Superpower Adaptation, use it to get dive bomb if you don't have one, then do it again. With effectively 6 copies of Dive bomb and some pretty decent draw with "Bring It!" and Hall of Heroes, the dream of dive bombing every turn should be reality.

also keep in mind that if you are able to attach Touched to an ally and Energy Transfer to a minion, Dive Bomb has overkill. it doesn't line up every game, but it's really satisfying when it does
