Spider-Ham - Newest S Tier Hero

Here’s my current favorite and what I feel to be the strongest build for Spider-Ham. Protection offers some insane cards and syngeries for Spider Ham including Thwip! Thwip!, Spider-Tingle, and What Doesn't Kill Me. This also includes the now fleshed out neutral Web Warrior package with some incredible Allie’s and supports that all boost Spider-Ham and his game plan.

Team-Building Exercise is an excellent resource card in this deck with many web warrior and cartoon cards. Energy Barrier is an excellent card to help control the damage Spider Ham takes while dealing good damage back to the villain or minions.

Spider-Ham despite the silly look and theme has proved to be an absolute powerhouse in this game. His thwarting potential and incredible resource generation make him a sure fire A tier hero if not S Tier. I do feel Spider-Ham can be played successfully in all four aspects but in Protection is where he shines the most IMO.

Beyond just the sheer power level, I do feel Spider-Ham has a fun playstyle with consistently challenging and meaningful choices to be made. All of a sudden keeping a small minion around becomes an incredible boon and a consistent resource generation for Spider-Ham. Enemies with retaliate all of a sudden don’t feel so bad. He allows for some very clever gameplay decisions and sequencing puzzles. A very fun hero to play indeed.
