This deck was built specifically for the Tower Defense scenario during the Solo Champions League. Spectrum was the required hero, and it was played on Standard II difficulty.

In true solo, the scenario let One Way or Another shine, allowing my to buff my hand size by 3 a number of turns in exchange for small side schemes that could usually be handled before they caused much damage.

Additionally, Lay Down the Law and Multitasking handled main scheme threat, while Pivotal Moment turned that into strong villain damage. (It's important to note that the scenario rules in MTS manual specifically state that, when a player effect triggers of "the main scheme," the player chooses which main scheme, allowing you to get your Pivotal Moment damage with only 1 of the 2 main schemes clear).

Allies provided a range of effects, but largely exist to soak some larger attacks, while Spectrum's kit was the primary source of damage outside of Pivotal Moment.

Lastly, Endurance and Symbiote Suit exist to boost the hero's HP and help the overall scoring of the SCL.
