Rocket Raccoon - Keeping things under control.

This deck is for multiplayer and getting rid of threat. Rocket has plenty of damage within his kit to contribute more than your fair share of damage. The justice cards remove threat in increments of 2's and 4's. Rocket can also get himself to removing somewhere around 5-11 threat from I've Got A Plan and Civic Duty. Allies help you stay alive til you get your Endurance and Cybernetic Skeleton into play. They can also assist with thwarting and control with Mockingbird blocking and stunning and Wraith helping with encounter deck nastiness.
