The theory of this deck is to lean into T’Challa’s fabulous wealth (The Golden City’s card draw and Vibranium’s resources) and exclude any 1-cost cards from the deck. This allows his eight double resource cards - Energy, Genius, Strength, The Power of Justice x2, and Vibranium x3 - to play for potent effects every turn.
Additionally, with Justice aspect, we have Under Surveillance, Counterintelligence, and Concussive Blow allowing Black Panther to switch freely into alter-ego mode every turn, maximizing his card draw with The Golden City and T'Challa’s hand size.
Don’t forget Shuri can grab Under Surveillance for those scenarios where you may need it early, such as Rhino or Ultron.
This is the deck that’s finally felt right to me for Black Panther and I hope you enjoy it, too.

Aug 07, 2020Nice. Glad to see people playing BP Justice. I built a BP Justice deck last night around a totally different concept: upgrades and supports, which Justice is relatively rich in, to thin the deck for Wakanda Forever. But now you have me thinking about Concussive Blow .. |
I just had a rollicking time (and got the win) vs Heroic Rhino but with Captain Zemo’s nemesis set added in addition to Bomb Scare.
The one single card in the deck I’m just not using is Quincarrier, so I’m looking to fill that slot, maybe just with a second copy of Avenger’s Mansion - the economy on that is so different for him than any other hero.
