The target of the game is to knock out villain. This card gets insane value (1 ER per 5 damage) which is superior even to the hero specific events. However there is a small "but". First you need to reveal treachery. It can be something, that's automatically end your game. The harder scenario you play, the more dangerous this card is.

Summary: (A-C): B- in standard/easy scenarios C+ in rest.

Probably not a great card for most scenarios, but it has a small niche in allowing you to shed a stun status without paying any cost except for the card itself. I still wouldn't play it. — ljg · 2
I disagree ljg. "If a stunned identity or ally attempts to attack or use an attack ability, discard the stunned card instead. Costs associated with the attack attempt...must still be paid" - from Stun in RR1.6. Revealing the treachery is a cost, so you must still do it — Stretch22 · 1387

I think this card is great. As with many other cards it is just a matter of how you set it up.

Obviously I would never play it if I wasn't absolutely sure I could handle whichever treachery is revealed.

There are cards that help such as Get Behind Me! or Black Widow is another card that can help to avoid a game ender.

In multiplayer it is even better, because other players can help with preventing the treachery and modifying the order of the treachery deck (Global Logistics).
