Rainbow Warrior
This thematic deck still really kicks ass, geared towards the top tier of expert difficulty.
The 10th of July 1985, the Rainbow Warrior, a Greenpeace vessel, was sunk in Aukland in a state sponsored terrorist attack perpetrated by the french government, my government. Despite peacefully advocating for a world with less atomic bombs, militants died for their cause. I wanted to honor their selfless act of citizenship and expression of freedom with a deck illustrating the idea of protecting the planet and fighting for all.

monument to commemorate the sunk vessel "Rainbow Warrior"
Jubilee is our Rainbow warrior.
Because she represents for me independence, free spirit and "rainbow" ;), I also feel mutants represent well this notion of struggling against the state and protecting the future.
The idea
Wolverine pushes In Harm's Way up to a cost of 4, which reads as a downside until you remember what Jubilee actually cares about: not how much you pay, but what you pay with. 4 cost means four different colours , the rainbow, and that is precisely what lights up the maximum kickers on Jubilee's Coat and Jubilee's Sunglasses. The tax of being together is the point. See it as a mega Honed Technique for thwarting and attacking at the same time.
Protect the planet
First don't die. Bring your DEF up. Protect the planet. You will have 3 DEF turn 1 thanks to Innate Reflexes. Play Multitalented, Moira MacTaggert, the Hidden Base to resist being crushed at the beginning... after a few turns you should have reached 4-5 DEF comfortably. At that stage The Best Offense... and In Harm's Way have turned into an unstoppable force.
Promote peace
The side initiatives Establish Perimeter, Build Support, Superpower Training, Specialized Training keep feeding the setup. Because the deck clears its own side schemes easily, they act as catalyst to light up the whole arc.
Put Shopping Spree out just to avoid Masterplan's surge.
Prevent pollution and abuse
Once your DEF is up, the turns get loud. For 5 ER, you can put up to 7 thwart on one scheme and 4 on another, and split 7 and 4 damage across two targets, which is enough to purge most elite minions the villain bothers to send your way and go back to alter ego without a second thought, and purge a side scheme. You have all the colours available and can pay any cost tied to attachments. You don't often need your basic activation, so you can purge the statuses. Escape velocity.
Multitalented lives in the same shell.
No more resource exploitation
No energy/strength/genius resources. This is not a capitalist deck. Every slot is picked to spread the rainbow as wide as it goes, since the deck would always rather hold four different icons than four of the same one, and the double-resource cards quietly wash the colours out.
Results: beats Magneto, Thanos and Venom Goblin on Expert.
Love your jubilee's deckbuilding. It's so incredible, to make something with jubilée ! Thanks
