I'm not a master deck builder, but Natasha's one of my faves so with the new preparation cards I had to make a deck for her, and after trying her out against Klaw, I gotta say it's not the worst deck I've designed.

congrats. Add Practiced Plan so you can re-use Ready for a Fight. You may want to try "Stop Hitting Yourself" over Powerful Punch because her defenses is so high. If it's solo, Specialized Training easy to get, and that increases your defense. (Versus Establish Perimeter. I'm suggesting a swap. Here's my Ready for a fight deck. I want to tweak with adding White Widow. I also have Leo Fitz as a way to get extra cards in AE.
