Something people tend to forget is that Sam Wilson has the Shield trait. With that in mind, this deck is built to become a S.H.I.E.L.D. Deputy in hero form, then take advantage of high visibility on the encounter deck ( thanks to Global Logistics ) to set up quickly using « One Way or Another.

Fun deck! Is S.H.I.E.L.D. Deputy just for theme? I can’t tell what else it’s providing. But I could be missing something.

I assume Shield Deputy is to retain the shield trait while in hero for team building exercise. I like shield Sam. In aggression with the TAC team for plenty of pew pews. Also he can afford to play the big ships, The Douglass etc, he has nice place in shield.

@Pedroq was right: it allows for savings thanks to «Team-Building Exercise ! And it’s definitely on-theme (it’s great to combine business with pleasure! )
