Which is compounded when utilising Lethal Protector.

3 Player Side schemes should help ensure Winter Soldier is not wasting any opportunities with Lethal Protector. Specialized Training is particularly valuable to grab Combat Specialist which then makes better use of all the readying up we should hopefully be doing via Silent Infiltration and Spoiling for a Fight.

I have seen a few decks here already that are not running any additional ATTACK events outside of the signature 7 from his kit. This is a blunder in my opinion. Cybernetic Arm is a great resource generator, though it is only restricted to ATTACK events. You want to be hitting an ATTACK event every single turn which is why I am packing 11 ATTACK events plus 3 ATTACK event searchers.
