She-Hulk Cross-departmental effort

This is a themed deck where She-Hulk, Matt Murdock, S.H.I.E.L.D. and local police forces combine their forces to take down the villain. She-Hulk's alter-ego ability, Counterintelligence and Foiled! can completely negate Villains scheme turn. If that's not enough you can change to human form to Disguise yourself and thwart for two. I couldn't fit in Jessica Jones, which would've been thematically cool, but maybe I'll do it anyway. One more card won't matter much.
