This deck centers around the trio of Iceman, Cyclops, and Storm. With this powerful triumvirate at your command, this deck will do whatever is needed at any given moment.
Iceman, with his base 15 cards can do a little bit of everything. He can hybernate in his igloo with his Ice Wall while he builds up, can put the villains plans on ice with Chill Out!, and flash freeze his enemies with Arctic Attack. As if that weren't enough he can duplicate himself into two Snow Clones to defend or take the fight to his enemies.
You may be thinking that this makes him good at everything but great at nothing and you would be right until he teams up with Cyclops and Storm.
Storm will be able to help keep the threat in check and with 3 copies of Suit Up, 3 copies of Make the Call, and Pixie you can ensure that you can get her and the Sidekick upgrade on her when you need to. She is not a chump blocker for you as she will last the entire game with heals through Sidekick. Once you get New Recruits in play her thwarting essential doubles via her interrupt ability and with Side-by-Side she can thwart multiple times in a turn. Of course even super heroes may need help from time to time so get The Triskelion and Utopia into play to get your ally limit up to 5. Beak can then come into play for large thwart burts as well as Professor X to ready her again or any of the other things you may need him for in the moment.
Cyclops will be ready when you need him, as the 3 copies of Suit Up, 3 copies of Make the Call, and Pixie are very reliable to get him into battle. He can stay on the back burner until you get your full build going or you can prioritize getting him and the Snow Clones to the table to do large amounts of burst damage quickly. Utopia, Cryokinetic Perception, Side-by-Side, and Professor X can help increase that even higher. Feel free to let Cyclops block for you and then bring him back the next turn and do it all again.
Prioritizing Team-Building Exercise will help slash the cost of many of the cards in this deck and when you combine that with The X-Jet and Power Belt things start to become very cheap for him to play.
This is a fun deck as it will allow you to deal with anything the game throws at you and even almost feels like overkill in single player, but in multiplayer your friends will watch in awe as you enter into The Eye of the Ice Storm!

Dec 14, 2024Sidekick wouldn't be allowed on any ally except Snow Clone, and Snow Clones can not have upgrades. |

This is a fun idea, but unfortunately you cant add Sidekick to Storm because she is not an identity-specific ally. For this deck, it can only be played on the Snow clones.
