The Journey Start
I am on a mission to play every hero in every aspect in Marvel Champions (minus some characters in 'Pool). I will be doing this in a random order of my choosing and posting each deck I play. I am also trying to get better at deck building, so suggestions are encouraged to be commented. Another deck in this series,
Other Deck-Builds
I could have done a Live Dangerously build with "I Got This" and Barely a Scratch. (which should totally be called "tis but a flesh wound" {bad Monty Python reference}) However, I thought it would be less chaotic and more fun to go for a Mulligan build.
Gameplay
Is it a surprise that This Card is Fire was the best card this game? It dealt with half of one of the villain stage's HP. Granted, I was playing solo, but I didn't even have Endurance played yet.
Deadpool's economy can be quite crazy with
- the three doubles
- 'Pool's three doubles
- and Montage.
I felt like I could just play any card. I got out Healing Factor turn one with a triple.
I ended up dying a surprising lot (who knew Expert Crossbones did so much damage. I felt like I had to rush him or I would just lose instantly. I did not even get a chance to use Mulligan. I definitely need to get this one back on the table.
Headpool was awesome as usual because I got all three Hydra Soldiers out and Headpool just shredded through them, because the villain had Retaliate.
I love how this deck can just do so much stuff no matter what I draw! I had so much fun with this on the table!
