Modded the base deck up to the 50 card max. Adds additional functionality, getting extra damage from your allies or your own stats. Added cards:

Superpower Training x1 : I play exclusively multi-player, this card helps my friends and I get important upgrades into play.

Psimitar x1 : With 8 psionic cards in the deck already, this can be a nice added boost to help finish a minion, or deal extra damage to the boss.

Push Ahead x2 : This card alone would help you get TVP done. After TVP is cleared, this will help you clear most other side schemes, which then would re-ready Cable.

Go All Out x2 : Best used after TVP is cleared, These will help do good damage to the boss, especially good if going for an alpha strike turn to end the game with the boss low health.

Genius x1, Strength x1 : Resources to help get your allies out, with 3 and 4 cost allies, these help lesson the blow and leave other cards in your hand to be played. Also help to pay for some of the other cards I have added.

Lead from the Front x1 : A nice boost for your allies, and unlike Psychic Kicker, it lasts the whole phase.

Mass Attack x1 : The con of this card is needing all 3 allies out. The pros for this card outweigh that though. If you have allies with Sidearm and/or Inspired, and drop Lead from the Front before the Mass Attack, the 5 or 6 damage (no ally upgrades) jumps up to a possible 11 damage max.

I love the main deck, it is all about getting side schemes out and cleared, which readies Cable once per turn. My additions are all about helping get your allies out easier, and then using those allies to help thwart and deal damage. While building for a big hit to end the game.

A late game Apha Strike (aka, full damage attack) allows you to Lead from the Front/Mass Attack your allies for 11 damage, then follow it up with a Go All Out for another 9. A Psychic Kicker after would let you ready an ally for a follow up with a +2 on it. That could mean another 7 damage, if that ally has both upgrade cards on it. Since Psychic Kicker is a psionic power, it would activate Psimitar also. That is 29 damage in one round, if the cards fall the right way.

If the resources fall the right way, with your supports involved, you could add a Telekinetic Blast also, which is a base 7 damage (because TVP is done), but is likely much more. So, 36 (or more) damage in a single phase.
