The focus here is to ready infinitely!

Repurpose and What Doesn’t Kill Me is to ready during the player phase for extra thwart/attack.

Armored Vest is to defend during the villain phase and hopefully not take a lot of damage to get that ready. Energy Barriers are to manipulate that damage to get it as close to 1 as possible.

Black Widow + Grim Resolve is our combo to generate a mental and get that ready during the villain phase if we didn’t take damage from defending.

A big concern for me was not relying too much on Honey Badger. I avoided training upgrades and Game Time because those are dead cards when Honey Badger isn’t in play, and our Obligation discards Honey Badger. Instead, I opted for Med Team because of its versatility. Without Honey Badger, Med Team can still heal any friendly character. With Honey Badger, Med Team can keep her alive for 3 more activations and 3 more readies for X-23.

Love the Black Widow/Grim Resolve synergy! Have yet to try X23 in Green so this will be what I try first! (with some subs, missing Strange and Hulk packs)

@MrSelfDestruct Awesome! Hope you enjoy it. I think the Strange and Hulk packs are inconsequential. Electrostatic Armor is good but didn't do too much for this build, and Brother Voodoo and Clea can be replaced with other allies.

Well crafted as always! I appreciated that this build didn’t lock me into Honey Badger but was useful if she was in play.

@andyr Honey Badger makes X-23 so powerful but I didn’t want to be stressed when she’s not in play. Thanks for checking out the deck :)

Hi! I'm thinking you can't use Grim Resolve during the Villain's phase, as it's not an Action. Has this been ruled somewhere?

@chaodck I think it can be used because it is a resource and not a hero action. Similar to how quincarrier can but helicarrier cannot. www.reddit.com

@chaodck Hi! Actions can only be activated during the player phase. So a hero action/alter-ego action/regular action must be done during the player phase.

Interrupts and responses can be triggered as long as the condition is met. So interrupt events can be played from your hand during either phase as long as the condition is met.

Resources can be generated at any time that the resource is needed whether during the player phase or villain phase.

So you can activate Black Widow’s interrupt when a card is revealed from the encounter deck, and use Grim Resolve to generate a resource for it.

@NobleNeon10 thanks man! You’re right on it. Quincarrier can generate a resource for the player who has it whenever they need it, while Helicarrier is an action that can be used for any player on any player’s turn but only during the player phase.

Glad to stand corrected then, sorry for the inconvenience @Web-Warrior Fanatic, @NobleNeon10

@chaodck It's no inconvenience. It was a fair question, and I hope you enjoy the deck!
