Notes on the deck:
Assess the Situation is normally an ok card that is tough to find space for, but I think is an amazing card for Cyclops. Tactical Brillance combos so well with it.
You are mostly in hero form with this deck, Making the strong AE X-Men cards less effective.
Your opening Tactic you want to pull from AE ability will change depending on the scenario. If a minion is out Priority Target is perfect for getting your momentum going. If you need an upgrade for Optic Blast I recommend Practiced Defense, otherwise Assess the Situation is the pick.
Beast makes setting up Drop Kick super easy, barely an inconvenience.
Tactical Brillance + Assess the Situation in hand can easily give you a 7 card hero hand the next round. Makes for big turns.
Psylocke will be an auto include once Wolverine comes out. Marvel Girl or Magik would be the ones I’d replace.

unfortunately, i don’t think Assess the Situation can be pulled with Scott’s AE ability, as it specifies “TACTIC upgrade,” and Assess is an event. But recurring it with Tactical Brillance is obviously still awesome and sets up some big turns!
