While most Drax builds want to stay in hero form the whole game, this build is flexible in that area.

With the big amounts of threat you can remove from Smash the Problem and Intimidation, you can sacrifice your rage counters for health by flipping to alter-ego. Because that also lets you have a larger hand, you'll end up building your engine faster.

Defending with The Best Defense… or Parry also will help you build up counters or draw cards when your counters are full.

Quick Strikes are usually enough to clear pesky minions along with your pool of cheap allies.

In 1-hero games this concept can struggle against the villains who open with lots of stuff in play, but in 2-hero games you tend to stabilize and then crush the villain's entire final stage in a single turn.
