Whole idea of this deck is to have free Winter Soldier on table all the time. Play some preparations first, then play him for 1 or for 0, use him 3 times, then block with him while having Regroup on table. Get him back to your hand and play him next turn again for almost free thanks to your preparation cards.
What is worth to note is the fact that Regroup can get you multiple allies to your hand in a single turn! When you are a target for multiple attacks this makes that deck even stronger!
Rapid Response combos well with all the allies you have in the deck - all of them have "after X enters play" effect which can be abuse to a maximum.
