Got it from a reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/marvelchampionslcg/comments/mr989p/hulk_protection_deck_that_i_have_been_tinkering/) to match what I own (everything until Ant-Man) I tried to get as much Physical ressources as possible
If you have Galaxy's Most Wanted you will want to include Deft Focus in this build it will make all of Hulks Superpowers cheaper. Might take a while to build him up though if you are playing him Solo.
For me he is still not a great solo character. But with some new cards coming out he can boss a multi game once quarantine is over.
