Multiple Man is insane. Iron Fist + Mocking Bird + Tackle stun effects to stall. BP's base stats with allies are solid at thwarting down threat. Survive and don't let things snowball out of control then let BP's suit do a lot of work to close out.

Spider-Man is just solid flexible ally doing 3 THW or 4 Attack when he drops, Lockjaw recursion is very easy with so many 2 resource cards you have access to. Speaking of that, Vibranium just opens up some really interesting deck builds that aren't possible with other heroes. Fury just wipes out an entire villain phase when you play him.

Never Back Down if you're in a pinch and don't have a blocker. +2 def and another possible stun if the encounter deck doesn't hate you is really good buying you a free turn to thwart and find a blocker.

Ideally you flip to hero turn 1 and never turn back. Most games I'll turn to alter-ego maybe once in the middle if I have no allies and can easily play The Golden City to dig the deck for something useful, but I've definitely gone entire games without ever flipping back.

Ancestral Knowledge you usually shuffle 2 of Iron Fist, Mockingbird, and Multiple Man with a Vibranium or The Power of Protection (increasing your odds of getting the right value out of it since you're shuffling $4 protection cards). Multiple Man a great choice if your deck is getting low so you can hold the 1 copy until after you shuffle to get all 3 of him out. #COMBOS

When in doubt, play an ally and/or stun the villain.

For multiplayer I'd take out Never Back Down and add another Med Team. Can cut Quincarrier for another power of protection and probably add 3rd Tackle and just play at 41 or find another cut.
