This is using Steve Rogers' discount ability, plus lots Team Building to basically build an engine to get inexpensive and expensive Avengers allies on board.
You can easily have 20 cards out on the board; With Triskelion, Avengers Tower and Stinger - 6 allies on the board at once.
The discount abilities of Rogers, plus Team-Building Exercise should allow you to get Avengers Mansion, or Quinncarrier, or Avengers Tower or an Avengers on board. Add in Super-Soldier Serums, and Steve Rogers apartment, and you'll be able to handle this board.
Was able to beat Expert Rhino, Klaw, Ulton, Green Goblin (Mutagen/Goblin Gimmicks).
