I’ve not seen. Protection Spider-man solo deck work yet without any threat litigation. Lockjaw Honarary Avenger and First Aid definitely helps with this but I don’t see any of that in this set up. I’d be interested to hear how you manage that side of the game with this deck, as it’s something I’ve struggled with in a solo protection spider-man myself
