This deck is a fun one, as it relies upon spamming allies to use as meat shields. Children of the Atom and Uncanny X-Men are cards you want to get early game, to allow for more allies to be put down for MUCH cheaper. then you can start putting down Jubilee's Coat and Jubilee's Sunglasses next. once you get New Recruits, any of the New allies will fit, but bling is a good choice as she can defend an attack, attack or thwart, and depending on if you have Mutant Mayhem in your hand, she can go back down as either an X-force ally or as an X-men ally, and get that tough status card back, or if you don’t, she’s a decent meat shield. "To Me, My X-Men!" is a great card, even more so with Pixie, so you can get back an ally that you really need; like Professor X or Cyclops. once you get all of your upgrades down, you’re going to be putting down an ally maybe once a turn, and another will be used as a meat shield. this deck performs better in multiplayer environments, but can also function in singleplayer environments. you can also put in Miragefor what is essentially a free stun on the foes with a low scheme, alongside a free -2 threat. with Shopping Spree, you almost NEVER want to put it down, as it’s not going to get much use in this deck, so treat it like a wild resource.
