Cyclops - Tactical Genius

Removed Plan of Attack as I never found an attack event, so should never have included it in the first place! Have added Game Time as I found Ive been constantly training my allies and the free turn adds great value at zero cost. Plus I love the thematic of Cyclops commanding his troops and getting the extra effort out of them.
