Use the Cybernetic Arm to provide a mental resource to trigger Honed Technique. Follow Through on Relentless Assault to boost the overkill damage into the villain. Clear the board of minions with Firepower, exhausting the Pulse Grenades (not restricted, so they can all be in play with the Winter Rifle). The Fear No Evil villains and modular sets have higher than average boost icons so discard a grenade for burst damage.
Discard Silent Infiltration when the minion is defeated to confuse the villain, flip to alter-ego, and recover a bit extra with Down Time.
