Mighty Avengers boosts all allies ATK. Mass Attack doesn't exhaust Wasp, so she can still use her hero power buffed by another ally via Teamwork. With Avengers Tower and Triskelion there are 5 ally slots (a 6th with Stinger).
Goliath is perhaps best used with Teamwork as his big ATK number can be distributed among multiple targets.
Black Panther finds and holds Avengers Assemble from discard.
Black Panther and Giant-Man are the key targets to use with Mass Attack to prevent them taking consequential damage. Cycle Yellow Jacket with Rapid Response to farm upgrades, including Avenge Me!
Since Wasp will be regularly using her basic attack, make her a Combat Specialist when clearing Specialized Training.
