2H Solo Deck

In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups:

The S.H.I.E.L.D. agents who recklessly discharge prototype experimental weapons at suspects with no regard for public safety or civil rights, and the magical cat girl who ambushes and attacks the accused based largely on how they smell - whom are then incarcerated in a secret prison with no trial, no charges and no access to legal counsel.

These are their stories.

Nick has gone missing, and so Greer has taken it upon herself to be burdened with the great responsibility of throwing alleged crooks into The Raft. Take THAT, idiots! Maybe think twice before getting accused of a crime next time!

S.H.I.E.L.D. doesn't seem to have much objected to the change in leadership and is happy to bust whomever Tigra says smells wrong.

I've been playing this as the thwarting half of 2H Solo play. I think it would probably do okay on its own, but no promises!

ALLIES:

Agent 13 helps get extra value out of Homeland Intervention or can double activate Helicarrier for a nice little econ engine.

Agent Coulson helps us avoid Gang-Up.

Blindfold helps Tigra avoid Gang-Up.

Melinda May also helps Tigra avoid Gang-Up.

Monica Chang is just pure value, and is an amazing enabler for Homeland Intervention.

Quake is one of the best 2 cost allies in the game, and in a Tigra deck I found I could actually make use of her ability, which is a rare treat.

EVENTS:

Face the Past is almost free for Tigra, to the point where the drawback is almost always actually a benefit.

Global Logistics is one of my most favorite cards, often allowing you to complete defang the villain's turn.

Homeland Intervention is almost always pure value; either saving consequential damage from your SHIELD allies or exhausting cards that would otherwise do nothing to squeeze out Thwart.

Making An Entrance helps Tigra with some sustain issues she otherwise sometimes has.

SIDE SCHEMES:

Build Support almost always grabs The Raft, sometimes Helicarrier.

Specialized Training is a flex slot. I just kind of love it. I always grab the +ATK version for Tigra, so she can bring the heat while SHIELD cleans-up the SCUMBAGS out there jaywalking.

RESOURCES:

The Power of Justice Has over 5 targets, which is my threshold for including it in a deck.

SUPPORT:

Beat Cop is just passive threat removal over time, effectively halving the Main Scheme's base advancement until you're ready to cash it in for damage.

Command Center is a thematic flex slot.

Helicarrier is something I want online so bad in this deck I threw 2 in for consistency. You really want Sharon in command of one.

Surveillance Team is the second part of Monica's value package.

The Raft is amazing with Tigra, feeding her constant minions to fuel her passive ability while also depleting threat from schemes.

UPGRADES:

Down Time helps Tigra deal with her lack of in-kit sustain.

Overwatch is a flex slot. I'm a fan of what it does in combination with Making an Entrance, even on a character with just 3 THW. Does not work with Homeland Intervention. Probably there are better options if we're honest.

Skilled Investigator just goes into all of my Justice decks.

Sonic Rifle buys us 2 free Alter-Ego turns every cycle.

Spycraft is how Coulson helps us avoid Gang-Up.

'Shouldn't Nick Fury and Mockingbird be in this stupid deck?'

Yes, they probably should be. Just take out 2x Overwatch and Command Center, then add Nick, Mockingbird and a Power In All of Us.

Now go ahead and smash that gavel, your honor.

This court is adjourned.
