Magik - Gambito's Infinite Combo

Derived from Gambito's DOMINO MUST HAVE (INFINITE COMBO) deck. I highly recommend viewing that deck.

While I am a big fan of Domino, I felt that the Infinite combo might be a bit more reliable using Magik given her ability to view the top card, manipulate the deck more with Limbo, and have higher draw potential using Sorcerer Supreme. Discarding from the top of the deck with Domino felt like a lot of opportunity to discard the wrong card.

Instead of Jackpot, I use Band Together. Cameo for Nova's Ms. Marvel ally. Call for Backup is there for either Beast, Phoenix, or Ms. Marvel. Suit Up can tutor the same BUT gives us the key card of Honorary X-Men for Ms. Marvel. Build Support is for Children of the Atom or the other beneficial Supports if Children in the Atom is already out. Once those pieces are on the board, all you need is a Mutant Mayhem in hand (or on top of the deck!) to trigger the refresh of Beast to grab Band Together, Phoenix to ready and heal Ms. Marvel, and exhaust and deal 1 damage to Ms. Marvel to bring Mutant Mayhem back to hand. With Mutant Mayhem and Band Together returned, you get fresh allies with a total of 4 THW and 3 ATK to keep dealing damage or thwarting as needed.

I imagine this combo can clear most villains pretty easily especially in multiplayer with someone who can help manage the board until you get the pieces in place. I imagine the worst villain would be The Collector who would grab those allies and disrupt the combo. That being said, Magik shines on her own and should be capable as strong X-Men tribal deck in its own right.
