Cameo Shuri to have her find those tactic upgrades when she enters play.
Or since Scott Summers can find those with his AE ability, Shuri can find Danger Room Training to attach to an X-Men ally. However, this ally roster is for those who want to leave play and re-enter via Rapid Response to trigger their abilities, so it's not included here.
Plan B is also a tactic upgrade that can be tutored using Constant Training. Who knew?
