Current Environment Tempo Herc

I got inspired by Web-warrior-fanatic's Current Environment build with Spider-Man to go all CE.

I found combos I'd never think of by going with Current Environment. this is also great for new players that don't have access to out-of-print legacy cards.

There's a reason there's little to no build out cards - everything centers around readying Herc and completing the Labors.

the labors are the buildout so I'm intentionally not including Aggressive Conditioning and Combat Training feel free to throw them in if you'd like but this is all about tempo and those upgrades take 6 and 8 swings to get up to the resource value of a Swinging Web Kick. They're not bad cards, they're great cards - but this deck is about going full blast tempo
