The kernel of this deck is the three-aspect combo: Savage Strike, Leading Blow, Morale Boost/Lead from the Front.
Not sure about the sequencing, but Wonder Man + Iron Lad + Hulk ally = Unified Strike? With all upgrades in play (including Combat Specialist) and 3 cards tucked under Ionic Physiology to boost Wonder Man's ATK stat, plus Lead from the Front, plus Boot Camp....16 DMG?!
In a similar vein, Savage Strike might also link with Teamwork: buffed Wonder Man + Hulk + Boot Camp + Lead From the Front = 13 DMG
