Preface: This is my first time really trying to give deck-building a full effort against something tough so please bear with me.

I've only tested this deck against Expert Klaw (w/ Masters of Evil module) and confirmed many wins, including one game where I was drawing every terrible thing at the worst possible time (including Shadow of the Past), but with some patience still pulled off the W.

I know Energy and Strength seem a little counter-intuitive for Jubilee, but they really help pay for early Avengers Mansion, X-Jet, and of course come in handy for the allies, allowing me to save Plasmoid Energy for Firecracker, Flash of Light, Grande Finale, and Multitalented. There are also times where I've done Firecracker or Flash of Light using Plasmoid Energy, followed right up with another one using Energy/Strength when the Stun/Confuse bonus isn't necessary in the moment since Klaw was already Stunned or Confused.

I like to get Avengers Mansion, X-Gene, and X-Jet out as soon as possible. Then hopefully Forge to help me get out Moira MacTaggert.

I like to leave Shopping Spree in place and not even bother with removing threat from it, as I didn't really have any issue getting out Jubilee's Coat and Sunglasses on my own. Plus, if you pull Mastermind from the encounter deck while you've got things in order, adding additional threat to Shopping Spree means you don't need to add a side scheme from the encounter deck! So first half of the game is about keeping side schemes and minions in check, with (hopefully) little pings of damage on Klaw here and there, and getting all the Support and Items out.

In the second half of the game, I'll put out Float Like a Butterfly for that extra bit of damage, which is really satisfying and helps get you over the finish line a little faster. I don't use Generation X all the time, but if it IS out, there have been times where I'll do Grande Finale for 9dmg (with Float Like a Butterfly), tap Jubilee's Sunglasses for 4dmg (with FlaB), pop the last threat off of Generation X, grab Grand Finale and play it again for another 9dmg, for a total of 22dmg (I've also seen discussions saying that FlaB would deal an extra damage for 3 times when using Grand Finale due to the "for each" wording in Grande Finale! I didn't do it this way because I'm not sure, but if that's the case then that's even more!)!

Hope this works out for anyone else. If so, please let me know. Thanks!

Awesome! Can confirm that the Energy/Strength additions are great with her for those allies and building your board state.

@dmroberts Cool looking deck ! Love Jubilee in Justice :) And just to confirm, FLaB does indeed add 1 damage to each instance of damage done by Grand Finale so you can do a total of 12 damage with it as long as you always select a confused enemy as the target :)

Update: was tossing and turning at around 5am this morning. I said screw it, turn on my bedroom light, sat down at my card table, and played a game of Jubelieve in Me vs Mojo of all choices. I did, however, added two copies of Disguise to mainly help with taking of Shopping Spree fast (if only that AE ability can search for the side scheme in the discard). Then, I had a choice to make, I could either spend some time to properly build out, or I'd rush down Mojo. After hearing stories of how swingy Mojo can be, with how well I was drawing, and with my confidence in Jubilee's power, I decided to rush. I could've won the game faster if I played FLaB, but honestly, I never really needed the extra damage. Triage came in clutch to heal up Angel so he could keep going. The only show that was on was Sci-Fi and only had Blob 3.14 hit the table. It took a bit, but Blob goes down, then I cleared off Ice-troid M before that could mess me up. At one point, threat got up to 22, but Flash of Light with the Coat really kept that in check. My last hand had Grand Finale, a Plasmoid Energy, Wolverine and two other cards I don't remember. I had the jet and two X-Genes. Did the math, and decided to finish off Mojo with Grand Finale with the Plasmoid Energy with another card from hand. Jubilee is a solid B tier hero. Is she gonna take down Thanos or Venom Goblin with ease? Unless you build a god tier deck suited for Jubilee, then absolutely not. But for the regular villains, she gets the job done. She may not be as flashy as some other heroes (pun not intended), but she's still in my top five. Now, my gripes with the deck? The only thing for me was Avenger's Mansion. I know it's really good and a staple for deck building. But I don't think you need two. You could cut it down to one, maybe even cutting it entirely. Once you have X-Mansion, Moira, and had played Mutant Education, that's the card draw. You could keep one AM and switch the other copy for Nick Fury if you want to have more card draw. Overall, this deck is solid. I tip my 90s sunglasses to you, good sir

@AjaxWrex88 love this feedback! Glad it worked out. And yeah I think now that I've become more familiar with the card pool and a little more xp under my belt, your suggestions make total sense. Jubilee is still in my top 5 for sure and when I get back around to using her again I will certainly keep your feedback in mind and hopefully make this deck even better. thanks again!
