The marvel champions UK discord is starting a draft league and after our drafts for season 1 starting in Feburary this is a Black Panther Leadership build in a limited environment.
my limited environment is as follows -

tThe first round of the draft league is Batroc with state of emergency and new avengers mod sets, because of that I wanted to build a Ms. Marvel deck for her to save her fellow inhumans, i managed to cobble a little confuse into her deck to allow for her alter ego actions and most of the available thwart events to hopefully get in, thwart down the main schemes and get out as quickly as possible.
