Defeating minions is how Bucky mainly gets resources. After you've built Bucky up with all his upgrades, you want to start summoning minions using Safe House #30 while in AE form.
You'll want to confuse enemies to switch to AE safely. After summoning minions, kill them to gain more and more cards with the power of your upgrades and support.
