Birds is Magic!

Not tested. May be better in multiplayer. Basically get Wiccan out when Falcon is in AE(use side schemes to help), and put S.H.I.E.L.D Deputy on him(Misty Knight or Heimdall eventually as well). Use Field Agents to keep Wiccan and Allies alive(use side scheme to get Field Agents). Manipulate the encounter deck with Falcon, other Allies, and Justice cards. Thwart every(hopefully) turn for 1, and deal 2-3 damage(ideally) every turn with Wiccan. That damage will bypass Guard and the like. Then control the game and ping, then use Falcon cards at the end for more damage. Ill test it soon and let ya all know.
