Side Scheme Captain America with Treachery Defense. Black Widow and Get Behind me insulate you from losing to advance or getting an ill-timed treachery card, while cap does cap things with defending and readying. Anticipated attack is really good in solo play because it can swing tempo while still pinging the retaliate package.
Side schemes are for healing in hero form and for the soldier serum/defense specialization(could also do front line depending on board state, but if you can block for 5 you're gonna have a good time)
Defiance or Subdue could be subbed in for other things against beefier villain attacks. Subdue for multiplayer
