This is one of my typical defend, build economy, and then go for the kill.

For this particular iteration, we're going to be focusing on using our allies with Command Team before they leave naturally (ie Nick Fury or Professor X), before they can betray us (Grant Ward) or perhaps before we dismiss them (with "You Got This!"). X-23 can naturally ready on her own if she defeats an enemy. Not only will our allies ready with Command Team, but we will also ready ourselves through "I Can Do This All Day" and "You Got This." Sometimes you can save your Command Teams and just block villain damage with your Shield Block or Natural 3 defense to use your allies more naturally.

A few example of combos you can do:

So, you could do fun things like play Fearless Determination, play Professor X, have X Thwart for 3, command team X for another 3 thwart, play I got this, have Steve thwart for 6, discard X, ready Steve, attack for 2, discard a card from hand to ready up, and then attack for another 2.

Alternatively, there's a 7 HP minion in play. Steve does a Shield Toss on the minion for to hit it for 4. You play X-23 and attack the minion for 3, X-23 readies up for defeating the minion, X-23 then attacks the villain for 3, you play I got this, Steve attacks the villain for 5, you discard X-23, you ready Steve, you Thwart 2 from the main scheme, you discard a card, you Thwart another 2 from the main scheme.

Alternatively, maybe you play Grant Ward for 0, attack for 2 with Grant, command team Grant to attack for 2, play I got this, attack with Steve for 4, discard Grant, ready Steve, attack for 2 with Steve, discard a card to Ready Steve, and then attack with Steve again for another 2. Then you make the call for Grant and have Grant attack for another 2.

Alternatively, you play Kid Omega, you thwart for 2 of the last threat on call for backup with Kid Omega, Cyclops comes into play, Cyclops attacks for 3, command team Cyclops, Cyclops attacks for 3, Rapid response Cyclops back into play, Cyclops attacks for 4, you play I got this on Kid Omega and attack for 6, you discard Kid Omega, you ready Steve, Steve attacks for 4, you discard a card to ready Steve, Steve Attacks for 4.
