Deck Alteration: -1x Energy Barrier, +1 Helicarrier

Just a basic Change of Fortune deck for Steve Rogers.

First deck pass, you'll usually just build up your defense upgrades and economy while trying to stay alive. Once you're setup, you should be able to do a fair bit of damage after you defend an attack between retaliate, your upgrades, and some of your defensive events. If there is a minion out, it can be a good idea to not block the villain attack if you have a Shield Block then defend against the minion, likely kill it with all the damage you can do, then benefit from Change of Fortune and Unflappable. Jocasta will usually want to grab Shield Block. Quincarrier is important if you have Nova out as there's not a ton of energy resources in the deck.
