The idea is to give Rouge Guardians of the Galaxy and have her start handing out upgrades to all the allies. While both decks heavily feature upgrades, I think Rocket's allies can more easily be used as chump blockers. Once Guardians of the Galaxy is out, Rouge should be able to cycle back through her deck and regain the card draw on the new ally. That said, probably still best to save allies for emergencies and let Groot be a primary source for defense. Salvage and Domino can help keep Cosmo alive.
