Generally mulligan for armor pieces if you're going to flip to hero first turn, Coulson/Counterintelligence if you want to stay Tony. Enhanced Awareness is great for powering boots.

Could use some better allies, it's really good to have blockers with this.

Avenger's Mansion is cut, getting armor out is more important and all armor is enough card draw.

Some villains are good to have another Under Surveillance in, and mulligan hard for that or counterintelligence.

Low priority cards that can be replaced:

beat cop - just too slow here. We have enough thwart

Skilled Investigator - enough card draw

Foiled - kinda a placeholder until better cards come along

Interrogation Room - already enough thwarting
