This will be a quick write-up to show the combos, with something more comprehensive to come.
The main combo of this deck is to use Storm to remove 6 threat per turn. With Danger Room Training and Inspired, she's up to a native 4 thwart, and moves 2 more. Many have questioned the value of moving threat, especially when we've all been in a situation where there are simply no good places to move it (or literally no places to move it). Well, Jubilee gives us the first player side scheme that does not go into the victory display, and the best place for Storm to blow off some steam, a Shopping Spree. Once Jubilee has her swag (Coat and Sunglasses), Shopping Spree's value goes away, unless you have Storm to dump a bunch of threat into it.
The combos continue when you add cards like Advanced Suit, which makes great use of Plasmoid Energy or any other extra cards as a means to keep Storm healthy. And healthy she will be, as Uncanny X-Men not only lets you bring Storm out for a paltry 3 resources, but boosts her health to boot.
But Jubilee is no one trick mechanical mall pony, as this deck takes full advantage of the biggest potential resource card in the game, Band Together, to play big allies like Storm and Wolverine as well as the two Attack and Thwart traited events in the game, Hit and Run and Multitalented. The utility of both on their own can be debated, but when paired with Jubilee's Coat and Sunglasses, you'll be ridin' with style, petit, with style. Finally, The Power in All of Us is another way to play Storm and these, now super efficient, events more easily as well as providing wilds to trigger Jubilee's own events.
Med Lab is included to make the most out of Beak's and Triage's enter play abilities while still giving the discount from Uncanny X-Men. Utopia allows for more allies on the field to maximize Band Together and to stand Storm or whoever else can provide value in the moment. Synch gives Jubilee an effective 3 defense or whichever other hero power you need. Finally, Deft Focus makes all of Jubilee's 8 hero events cheaper as well as allowing you to play Invulnerability very cheaply if you want to include it in an invincible Jubilee build along with more Ready for Actions.
Unfortunately it has been ruled that Storm cannot move threat off of Shopping Spree. :( Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
