The concept here is one we've seen a lot recently, using the Sidekick/Suit Up/Side-by-Side package to beef up a good signature ally.
Throughout the game you'll be assembling a new fit(a bunch of upgrades) for Wolverine, The most important of which are Sidekick and Danger Room Training, so you'll likely want to pull them in that order.
Given Wolverine and Sidekick's abilities to heal in AE you'll likely want to be flipping down a good bit to give Logan some breathing room. Mutant Education is here to help take advantage of that.
