There's a real risk this takes forever to come online, it's designed around 3 player games and heavily centered on using Player Side Schemes to boost Mind Scan.

Prioritize player side schemes, using Overwatch and Spider-Man to throw up big thwart combos when possible. By mid-game Mind Scan will easily clear 7-8 threat.

The more Player Side Schemes you clear the smaller your deck becomes, meaning you don't need as many Psychic Manip., Predictable Ploy, etc. Could ramp those up and drop Skilled Investigator down to 1, but in a 3 player game you can drop 3 copies of Skilled Investigator and the whole team gets to have fun every time you clear a side scheme.

Clear Player Side Schemes, you can start small and build up or if you have backup who can help thwart, go for Specialized Training out of the gate. It gives you the biggest bang for your buck as a team. Quincarrier is there for extra resource draw, you can only play it through Build Support. Feel free to use excess PSS as $ until you're able to play them again, with Professor you can call them back up pretty easy. And with Psychic Man. you have a safe round to drop down, once you're in mid-game territory you can handle extra threat from a round or two in Alter-Ego pretty easy.
