Whether it's the middle of summer or deep in the winter, you can always find Bobby Drake hanging out in the pool. This is a guy who knows how to relax.
With this deck Bobby likes to jump up to hero form, freeze the enemy, throw out some Frostbites, and get back to the pool (shuffling ice cards back into the deck as he does it).
More readies = more Frostbite, so I've included Utopia and Stick-To-Itiveness. Primary target for mulligan will be Cryokinetic Perception.
With help from Frozen Solid, it's fairly easy to get 4+ Frostbites on the villain, let your Snow Clones do some damage, and flip back down without having to worry about a villain scheming.
Otherwise, grab your beverage of choice, sit back, and chill.
