Basic S.H.I.E.L.D. deck. Many decks I see go overboard on preparation cards, which is unnecessary. Once you get most of your stuff out on the table, you are cycling through useful cards that can pretty much keep the villain perma confused, and minions under control.
Tested with multiple Villains on Elite and cruises through them fully in control.
